Your New Role
As Office Manager/Accounting & Project Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly and are well-organized. Your tasks will include:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring office organization, supplies management, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Provide administrative support, managing correspondence, schedules, and coordinating meetings for efficient workflow.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and collaboration with external accountants.
- Assist in human resources functions, including onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee events.
- Format and QC client deliverables, including technical reports.
- Organize project files, perform data entry, and offer administrative support for various tasks, such as correspondence and document conversion, meeting and event planning, catering coordination, office facilities maintenance, and security coordination.

About You:
For this role, it would be beneficial to have the following qualifications and experience:
- A background in office management, administration, or related fields to bring foundational knowledge to the role.
- Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks concurrently and maintain an efficient office environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software for accurate handling of financial transactions.
- Fluency in both German and English language
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and external partners
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the needs of a growing company and its diverse workforce.

Remuneration – the salary for this position will be between €50,400 - €59,850. Overpayment may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
