Job Summary:Job Goal:  To provide students with an opportunity to explore various opportunities to learn about environmental impact and to educate the students of HKHS of these things.
Work Period:   School year
Performance Responsibilities:
§  to schedule and monitor weekly meetings
§  perform various secretarial and administrative functions
§  perform various accounting functions
§  supervise fundraising
§  chaperone events
§  complete all paperwork and planning for field trips
§  chaperone field trips
§  research for teaching cultural items
§  attend various functions (for example: YFS Community Night, 8th Grade Orientation, 9th Grade Orientation Picnic)
§  arrange guest speakers
§  adhere to all BOE policies and other co-curricular policies and regulations
§  gain approval and use all required paperwork for events, fund raisers, field trips, and other events/activities

Contract
