We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated young talents to join us as Summer Interns. This internship programme offers a unique opportunity to gain practical skills, hands-on experience, and valuable insights into the operations of the Housing Society.

The Programme

• An 8-week programme from 16 June to 8 August 2025.
• Attending orientation sessions and tour visits to understand the Housing Society’s businesses and policies.
• Gaining solid experience through on-the-job training in one of our core business divisions/sections.
• Contributing to our business operations and making a meaningful impact.
• Opportunity to collaborate with our talented team members on various projects and ad hoc duties, allowing you to showcase your creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• Receiving valuable career advice from experienced mentors to support your professional growth.
• Participating in workshops and/or projects tailored to enhance your job-specific skills and knowledge.

Business Functions:

• Property Development
• Property Management
• Social & Elderly Wellness
• Other corporate functions, e.g. Finance, Human Resources, etc.

The Person

• University students in Year 2 or above in any discipline.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, energetic, and quick to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Windows applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
• Passionate about developing a career in the property and housing industry.
