About the role

<p>The Country Procurement Manager is responsible to coordinate and supervise sourcing activities in close collaboration and alignment with local business operations. This includes driving the implementation of purchasing projects in the country as well as local supplier selection, negotiation, and management. As Procurement Manager, you will oversee spend in category and relevant sub-categories. Our future colleague will work closely with the Procurement teams and stakeholders across the organization to analyze and interpret data related to product categories, and make recommendations for optimizing performance. The successful candidate brings excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Analyzing logistics data and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.</li><li>Monitoring and reporting on logistics KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Supporting the cleansing and management of spend data in KONE's Supplier Management Portal.</li><li>Gathering shipment data in a data dashboard to consolidate decision-making intelligence.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the development and the execution of sourcing strategies that drive cost savings.</li><li>Supporting the implementation of new logistics technologies and systems.</li><li>Conducting market research to identify new trends, products, and services in the logistics industry.</li><li>Leading logistics-related projects and initiatives as assigned.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with all relevant logistics regulations and standards.</li><li>Developing and implementing logistics strategies that optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.</li></ul><p></p><p>Ideal Skills, Education and Experience:</p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in related field</li><li>At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, logistics or a related industry</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Experience in working with large amounts of complex data and information from a variety of sources</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Proven experience of presenting complex data in written and visual formats</li></ul><p></p><p>We offer:</p><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>International and professional environment</li><li>Social and sport events on regular basis</li><li>Benefit from our great workplace environment and culture</li><li>KONE trainings in various areas</li><li>Promotion on performance/compentence - based evaluation with transparency</li><li>Coaching and mentoring opportunities</li></ul><p></p><p>If yo
