We are actively seeking highly qualified individuals to take on the pivotal role of Multi-Country Buyer (m/f/x). This position has a key function in delivering operational excellence and strengthening the Procurement shared service operating model, whilst leading some tactical and strategic initiatives to support the ongoing procurement transformation. Join us in transforming the way we partner with the business and contribute to the success of our organization.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <h2><span><span>Roles and Responsibilities</span></span></h2> <ul> <li><span><span>Create and maintain Purchase Orders </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proactively manage operational procurement activities to ensure procurement processes are performed efficiently and effectively in compliance with policies</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Execute purchasing activities for spend under ownership (&lt; 50 k Eur). Negotiate optimal terms and conditions as well as transactional process with selected suppliers</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Make sure third-party due diligence is timely performed. Manage relationship with vendors to secure service to be rendered as per stakeholders’ needs. Resolve issues with vendors where required</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Liaise with lead buyers for timely performance of sourcing activities (spend &gt; 50 k Eur)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Assure that sourcing activities have been performed as per internal regulations (i.e., compliance checklist) and any gaps are resolved</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Train organization under ownership on Procurement policy and processes</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Participate in the execution of Procurement monitoring activities</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Minimise the use of exceptions and gain proper approvals when exceptions are required</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Collaborate closely with the local Finance and Compliance/Legal teams to ensure key compliance KPIs and quarterly control metrics are monitored and controlled and that back office hand-offs between functions work optimally</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Support the wider procurement shared services team as required</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Take active part in standardization and harmonization of processes and systems to ensure operations in Procurement remain effective and efficient</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Contribute to Procurement's success with regards to savings, customer satisfaction, risk mitigation and/or fulfilment of defined KPI´s (e.g., ROSMA)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Conduct all activities in accordance with DSE policies &amp; procedures as well as all relevant external regulations</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span>    </span></span></p> <h2><span>Education &amp; Professional Experience</span></h2> <ul> <li><span><span>Bachelor or Master's degree in Procurement or related field/Business Administration</span></span></li> <li><span><span>2 - 5 years working experience in Procurement.
