Project Acquisition Manager - Wind Energy (f/m/d)

To support our global wind projects, we are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Project Acquisition Manager – Wind Energy (f/m/d) to join our team on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities:

• Assess wind project opportunities and market conditions.
• Conduct pre-acquisition due diligence.
• Utilize financial models for valuation analysis and scenario modeling to support decision-making.
• Prepare non-binding and binding offers.
• Act as the primary point of contact with sellers.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure transactions align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Your profile:

• Degree in economical engineering or similar background.
• Minimum of three years professional experience in wind energy projects and valuation.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of wind energy projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Structured, diligent, independent, team-orientated and reliable approach to work.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
• Fluent in English; German or French language skills are a plus.
