At Prose on Pixels, you’ll be working at the center of content production and localization at scale, delivering campaigns for some of the world’s top brands. Whether it’s directly with a client’s DACH teams or through a creative agency within the Havas group, you’ll help turn big ideas into local market-ready content—efficiently, creatively, and flawlessly.

You’ll join a multinational production management team with experienced professionals who’ll support you from day one, show you the ropes, and help you grow fast in a role full of visibility and purpose.

What You’ll Be Doing:

By Month 3, you’ll be confidently coordinating your first localization and creative production projects for German-speaking markets. You’ll learn how to brief production teams, track deadlines, and deliver media assets tailored for the DACH region. You’ll also build strong communication lines with internal creative and post-production teams.

By Month 6, you’ll be managing multiple ongoing campaigns at once—from adapting creative assets to German market needs to ensuring each delivery matches technical and brand standards. You’ll liaise with clients (or creative agency) to confirm briefs, local market feedback, and ensure timely approvals. By now, you'll own your workflow from A to Z.

By Month 12, you’ll lead mid-sized projects independently—directly engaging with skateholders, coordinating full production cycles, and managing a network of creatives, editors, and language specialists. Your work will directly impact brand campaigns running across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
 

What Will Challenge You

Your biggest challenge will be mastering the production workflow across markets and formats—quickly. You’ll be juggling multiple projects at once, keeping timelines tight, and ensuring the right people have the right info at the right time. Navigating feedback loops, creative expectations, and localization nuances across multiple stakeholders will test your organizational and communication skills. But you’ll have a supportive team, smart tools, and structured processes to guide you.
 

Where You’ll Work

From our vibrant office in Forum Karlín, Prague, you’ll collaborate with international teams across Europe and beyond. You’ll mostly work on-site to stay close to the action and team energy, but we offer hybrid flexibility. Is This You?

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Speaks German fluently (native level) and communicates well in English

• Has an interest in creative production, project coordination, or marketing

• Enjoys managing processes, timelines, and stakeholder expectations

• Feels comfortable handling several tasks at once

• Wants to grow fast in an international, creative agency setting

• Brings a solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail

• Previous experience in project coordination, production, or localization is a plus—but not required. We’ll teach you what you need if you bring the energy, curiosity, and structure.
