•    Location: Nespresso Headquarters, Barcelona. Spain.
•    Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time. 
•    Type of work: Hybrid/Remote (relocation to Barcelona required)
•    Work Language: Fluent Business English
 

As ISIT Project Manager from Nespresso, you will be dedicated to the deployment and delivery of digital products following the Digital strategy of Nespresso. In some cases, you will also participate in the Design and Build phase of these products.

You will manage the deployment and delivery of digital products based on the scope and duration, and ensure they deliver expected value to Nespresso businesses on time, quality, scope, and budget. 

You will structure the project/program charter and plan, execute, monitor, and control it, and finally close it; all the while adhering to established Project Management methodologies.

You will control the development progress versus project plan; identify and analyze risk management issues and devise plans to minimize risks. 

You will lead the project teams and be the person that project resources report directly to for the execution of the project tasks they are allocated. You will be the main counterpart for the global business and the markets stakeholders during all phases of the project.

You will coordinate and work closely with the teams (internal or external) allocated to the project (on-shore, near shore, off-shore), defining main guidelines and motivating internal and external resources to accomplish all targets and milestones. For this reason, it’s important to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and communicate effectively. 


What you will do:

 

  • Establish and ensure strong project/program governance, aligning with stakeholders on scope, timeline, quality, budget, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage resources, roles, and responsibilities, and establish effective governance and communication plans.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of cross-functional project teams, ensuring adherence to project plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Client Executives, Product Managers, and Resource Allocation Managers.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, propose mitigating actions, and track benefit realization based on the business case.

Minimum qualifications 

 

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, digital marketing, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience. 
•    6 to 12 years of experience as IT Project Manager of software development projects, familiar with PMP, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum and/or other industry standard methodologies or frameworks.
•    You have experience with Atlassian PM Tools (Jira, Confluence etc.) as well as standard MS Tools (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.). 
•    Knowledge and proven experience in digital domain (Digital Marketing, eCommerce, CRM Cloud solutions, Mobile apps, Analytics…)
•    Demonstrable track record in the delivery of Solution applications and with a proven record of execution within time and budget.

•    You have extensive experience in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and change management in cross-functional, global environments. 
•    With strong communication skills and strategic thinking, you contribute to high-performing, motivated workgroups.
