Talent Acquisition Specialist - Belgium & Luxembourg

Ideal candidates will use their commercial and communicative skills to hunt the perfect candidate and proactively inform stakeholders along the way. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager for France, Belgium & Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a great candidate experience
• Keeping track of recruitment needs by communicating with business stakeholders
• Coordination of the entire recruitment process from initial contact to signed contract, in collaboration with two Recruitment Specialist based in Bratislava for Technicians profiles
• Employer Branding: Recruitment campaigns both on- and offline
• Direct sourcing
• School collaborations: you will lead our internship campaign and develop our school partnerships in Belgium and Luxembourg

Profile

• Proven work experience in recruitment or sales
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English
• High resilience when facing rejection by candidate or manager
• Target driven
