Your job

• Becoming a true Talent Acquisition Specialist - no prior HR or recruiting experience needed! We teach you everything.
• Collaborating closely with an international team to bring in top talent across Europe.
• Sourcing top talent through LinkedIn, Instagram, AI-driven tools, and digital platforms - get creative!
• Supporting our Senior Recruiters in their searches and working with hiring managers to understand what makes a great hire.
• Conducting first interviews and helping select the best candidates.
• Collaborating on global HR projects and working on new concepts for hiring & employer branding.

Your profile

• Curiosity & drive to learn - we don’t expect you to have recruiting experience, but we do expect you to be eager to grow into the role!
• Passion for digital tools & social media - you’re excited about leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and AI tools to find talent.
• Interest in business & lighting solutions - you want to understand what we do and why we do it.
• A global mindset & adaptability - you enjoy working in a remote-first, international team with colleagues from various backgrounds.
• Conceptual thinking - you like to work on new ideas for projects and strategies.
• Fluent in German & English - since we recruit heavily in the DACH region, German is a must!
