Target Pay: Up to $22/hour based on experience
Shift: 5am-1:30pm (subject to change based on business needs)
Position Summary:
In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting individuals or teams with various administrative tasks. This includes managing schedules, making travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, organizing meetings, taking notes, and handling phone calls. You will also create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. You need to be familiar with company policies and may handle sensitive or confidential information. Additionally, you might coordinate activities between different departments or with outside contacts.
What you bring to the role:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Stong command of MS Office applications & PC skills
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and navigate a warehouse environment with varying temperatures (hot summers, cold winters)

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
