Job/Department Summary:

Working independently under general direction of the Enterprise Experience Manager, the CIM Donor Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) program and its donors by implementing a service-oriented work plan that provides administrative support to the program with a focus on enhancing the donor and patron experience. With support from Advancement and the Enterprise Experience Team this position is responsible for planning, organizing and executing a variety of administrative, event, and donor stewardship efforts that support the program. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented project professional, capable of working independently with guidance and support from the Advancement Team.

Required Education and Experience:

This position requires a fully functional knowledge of and skill in standard office procedures and practices, as well as an ability to understand and operate in a variety of organizational structures. These qualifications, and those listed above, would normally be obtained through completion of a high school program, technical/vocational program, or their equivalents combined with four years of related office work experience.

Preferences:

Preference may be given to applicants with the following as they may be considered specialized skills: 

  • Bilingual
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Event management experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Customer service experience

Time Base: Full-time

Pay Plan: 12/12

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, Summer: Mon-Thurs 7:00am-5:30pm 

CSU Classification Salary Range:  $48,696 - $79,836 per year.
