What You’ll Take On

Reporting directly to the Manager of Internal Audit, the Senior Auditor will be based in the T2 New York headquarters and responsible for the following primary activities:

  • Performing walkthroughs and testing of internal controls within the company’s business units to ensure compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act
  • Assisting with risk assessment, planning and scoping of operational audits and reviews
  • Designing and executing audit programs and preparing detailed work papers to document the results of operational and SOX reviews
  • Identifying and assessing risks and evaluating key control activities within business processes; identifying and developing recommendations to reduce risk, create savings and/or enhance operational efficiencies
  • Assisting in the communication of findings and recommendations to all levels of departmental and operating unit management verbally and through concisely written reports
  • Assisting on special projects as assigned
  • Communicating with and educating process owners on the importance of controls, an effective control environment, and the role of Internal Audit.
  • Understanding the technology supporting business processes
  • Assisting with various administration tasks

What You Bring

  • 2 - 3 years of experience
  • Pursuing or maintains a professional designation, such as a CPA, CIA or CISA and/or related university degree
  • Attention to detail
  • Fundamental report writing skills
  • General understanding of accounting and auditing standards (knowledge of the IIA Standards is a plus)
  • General understanding of SOX compliance for a public company
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • An interest or experience of the Gaming Industry is a plus

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $125,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
