Senior Quality Technician

<p>Webasto is looking for:</p> <p> </p> <p>Jobprofile</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Develop / supervise and check measurement programs for coordinate measurement equipment</li> <li>Perform the measurements with classic measuring equipment( caliper , micrometer ,etc) and Coordinate Measuring Machines</li> <li>Report to his superior about out of tolerance measurements</li> <li>Monitors the load on each measurement equipments for maximum performance / balance them 3D measurements for new tools approval (cross check tool makers dimensions, main dimensions, 100%, capabilities), changed or modified tools validation Maintain records of measurement results QA reports (measurement reports, investigation reports)</li> <li>Work with drawings ; specifications ; work instructions ; standards Performs the product audits of equipment, personnel and floor and keeps records</li> <li>Assures technical support for the personal regarding the product audit, and the usage of measuring equipments</li> <li>Provides specialized technical support to implement new projects or implement changes required by the client</li> <li>Communicate and feedback any information which will enable the organization to improve itself Undertake job with positive attitude, dedication and enthusias</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school degree Preferably 3 years experience in Quality Assurance Professional in Quality System requirements ISO/TS Knowledge of production activity Knowledge of technical drawing</li> <li>Analytical thinking, initiative, organization and planning capacity</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><b>A Plus in benefits</b></p> <p>With us, you can receive a package of numerous benefits—including flexible working hours, meal tickets, medical insurance for you and your family, development programs, foreign language courses, Christmas and Easter bonuses.</p>
