By uniting unique high-end technologies across the full digital continuum with 55,000 world-class talents, Eviden expands the possibilities of data and technology, now and for generations to come.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Eviden Spain is looking for a Senior Consultant IS-U, with experience in Billing and Invoicing. </p> <p> </p> <p>What impact you can make:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Cultivating strong client relationships by addressing their billing-related concerns and providing effective solutions, contributing to client retention and satisfaction.</li> <li>Implementing strategies to improve revenue collection, reduce billing errors, and minimize revenue leakage.</li> <li> Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate billing operations with other business processes, ensuring a seamless and holistic approach.</li> <li>Providing training and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and improving the overall competency of the team.</li> <li>Documenting billing processes and procedures, standardizing them to ensure consistency and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.<br/>  </li> </ul> <p>Role and Responsibilities: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Contributing to streamlined billing processes, improving efficiency and accuracy in invoice generation.</li> <li>Collaborating to provide customer-focused billing solutions, aiming for clearer and more satisfying invoicing experiences. </li> <li>Assisting in the implementation of automation tools and technologies to reduce manual efforts and enhance operational efficiency in billing.</li> <li>Participating in ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards within the billing system, minimizing errors and risks.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Required Skills and Experience:<br/>  </p> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of experience as Consultant SAP in IS-U in Billing and Invoicing areas.</li> <li>Regulatory local know how.</li> <li>Expert in communication process between the market parties.</li> <li>Experience of at least 2 years in implementing a SAP IS-U for a water, electricity or gas company.</li> <li>Knowledge of Energy Data Management (EDM) module is a plus.</li> <li>Spain E&amp;U Market.</li> <li>High fluency in English and Spanish.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Functions to be performed are consulting the SAP Production module.
