HR Business Coach

Therefore, we are on the lookout for a <strong>Business Coach</strong> whose mission will be to partner with our leaders, helping them shape the skills, mindset, and competencies required to elevate their teams and drive the business forward.</p><p></p><h3><strong>About the role 🚀</strong></h3><p>This role will sit within the <strong>Talent Development and Engagement team</strong>, reporting to the team’s Manager, and will collaborate closely with a squad of experienced Coaches and People Partners.</p><p>This is <strong>not a traditional HRBP</strong> position tho. Instead, we’re looking for someone with a <strong>strong coaching backbone, </strong>ideally from diverse backgrounds,<strong> </strong>who can bring structure, energy, and deep coaching impact to our evolving leadership landscape.</p><p>If you're excited about building and running high-impact coaching dynamics at scale, in a fast-paced company that values growth, autonomy, and continuous feedback, this is for you!</p><p></p><h3><strong>What will you be doing?✨</strong></h3><ul> <li><p><strong>Take a hands-on approach</strong>; stay close to people, observe interactions across all levels, and deeply understand the day-to-day of the business reality.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Act as a coaching partner </strong>to team leads, managers, directors, and C-levels across all areas and teams.</p></li> <li><p>Design, deliver, and iterate <strong>individual coaching programs</strong> and interventions, as well as <strong>collaborative leadership dynamics</strong> to unlock greater effectiveness.</p></li> <li><p>Contribute to <strong>org-wide leadership development initiatives</strong> &amp;<strong> Academy</strong> content; including learning rituals, feedback practices and more.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Cross collaborate with other internal teams</strong> (employee development, engagement and coaching team) to share insights, structure scalable content, and elevate each other's practice.</p></li> <li><p>Partner with leadership to <strong>co-create employee journeys</strong> that build key competencies aligned with our business goals.</p></li> <li><p>Experiment, challenge, and bring <strong>new coaching approaches, methodologies, and tools</strong> to the team. <em>Diversity is key! All backgrounds are valued and welcome.</em></p></li> <li> <p>Take ownership of <strong>leveraging data </strong>and <strong>measuring impact</strong> through qualitative and quantitative methods, adjusting programs as the business evolves.</p> <p></p> </li> </ul><h3><strong>🧠 You're a great fit if you:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Are proficient in English and Spanish. <em>We are international, other languages are a plus!</em></p></li></ul><ul> <li><p>Bring<strong> experience in coaching</strong>, either as an internal coach, external consultant, or in high-performance fields such as elite sports, leadership consulting, or startup advisory.</p></li> <li><p>Know how to <strong>design and deliver coaching formats</strong> from 1:1 conversations to group sessions, workshops, and long-term programs.</p></li> <li><p>Have a sharp sense of <strong>business context</strong>; you understand how teams function, how leadership shows up under pressure, and how to translate behavior into business results.</p></li> <li><p>Love working with people from <strong>diverse roles and levels;</strong> from newly promoted team leads to experienced execs.</p></li> <li><p>Thrive in ambiguity, love building things from scratch, and know how to make learning <strong>feel human and energizing</strong>, not corporate or boxed.</p></li> <li><p>Have a <strong>coaching certification</strong>? Great. Don’t have one, but bring impactful experience and presence?
