SAP HR Consultant (Poland) (Remote)

<p>We are looking for  <strong>SAP HR Consultant </strong>to join a multinational team remotely, with occasional onsite presence in Poland.<br/>The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in SAP HCM and payroll processes, with strong consulting skills and knowledge of Polish payroll localization. This role plays a key part in aligning HR systems and ensuring compliance with local regulations.</p><p><br/>Start Date: ASAP<br/>Duration: Long-term cooperation<br/>Location: Remote with occasional onsite work in Poland<br/>Language: English (Polish is a strong plus)<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Consult on local payroll customizations and ensure compliance with national regulations</li><li>Work closely with project stakeholders to define and deliver business goals related to HR and payroll</li><li>Provide expertise in SAP S/4HANA HCM and H4S4, specifically in payroll processing</li><li>Support the standardization and consolidation of HR systems and payroll processes across regions</li><li>Ensure clear documentation and translation of country-specific requirements into system specifications</li><li>Participate in testing, validation, and support of payroll features for Poland</li><li>Identify potential risks and provide solutions throughout the delivery process</li><li>Communicate effectively with local and international teams</li></ul><br/><strong>Requirements:</strong><br/><ul><li>Advanced experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, and H4S4</li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll processes in SAP</li><li>Proven consulting experience in payroll system implementations and localizations</li><li>Familiarity with EU payroll compliance, especially for Poland</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills<strong><strong><br/></strong></strong><strong><strong></strong></strong><strong><strong><br/></strong></strong></li></ul><strong><strong>If this opportunity excites you, we’d love to hear from you!
