For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join our Retail Excellence team supporting in optimizing retail strategies and generating new business opportunities.

Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? 

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. 

You’ll be in charge of: 

• Analyze and monitor KPIs related to retail performance and agenda optimization

• Support the management of dashboards and reporting tools, focusing on data updates and trend interpretation

• Interact with the countries, facilitating the adoption of tools and gathering feedback for continuous improvement

• Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations

You are the right person if you:  

• Hold a Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or similar

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Possess critical thinking, a clear and open communication, relational and team building skills

• Have a self-starter approach

• Possess advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI

• Are fluent in English
