About the role
<p>Sherwin-Williams is currently offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Specialist who would like to influence business decisions based on people metrics. The <strong>HR Specialist </strong>will collate reports, analyze trends, and create meaningful insights to inform decisions in the business based on people metrics. </p>
<p>As <strong>HR Specialist </strong>your main tasks will be:</p><ul><li>Reporting <ul><li>Provide reports to the Leadership as required (Headcount reports, trainings, KPI,).</li><li>Ensure that HRIS system is updated with the correct data.</li></ul></li><li>Data Analytics<ul><li>Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.</li><li>Collect and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.</li><li>Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.</li></ul></li><li>Learning & Development and Recruitment support<ul><li>Set up, update, and maintain accurate Job Descriptions.</li><li>Provide guidance on the recruitment approval process.</li><li>Support HR Director during talent review process and maintain HR Cloud System accuracy.</li></ul></li></ul>
<ul><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management or related field</li><li>1-2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or Specialist in a multinational environment.</li><li>Very good Excel skills and ability to work with multiple data sources.</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>Ability to thrive in an environment with conflicting priorities.</li><li>Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and a passion for digitalization</li><li> </li></ul><p>Our Offer:</p><ul><li>Opportunity to operate in a growth market with many opportunities for professional and personal development.</li><li>Work in a truly international environment early in your career</li><li>Flexible working arrangements</li><li>Competitive salary & benefit package</li><li>Many learning opportunities on and off the job</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>#LI-SW1</p>
