Job Description

Are you ready to make an impact as an HR Business Partner at Danfoss? In this key role as HR Business Partner within HydronicS division, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the strategic people agenda and organizational development in one of the key Climate Solutions Divisions. It involves planning and execution, organizational effectiveness and design, leadership development, change management and talent management. 

As the HR Business Partner, your primary mission is to drive organizational development of organizations you will be responsible for as well as oversee the development, management, and coordination of various HR and Change activities. We prefer this role to be based at our Silkeborg site. If daily presence isn't feasible, a minimum of two days per week is required.

Job Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner in HydronicS, you will work closely with HydronicS HR team designing and implementing people & organizational strategy. You'll collaborate closely with leadership teams of respective organizations and the organization to enhance work relationships, advise them on complex HR matters, considering current and future challenges, cultivate growth mindset and ensure holistic leadership teams are strongly anchored into the organizations.

 

Responsibilities for this position also include, but are not limited to, the following.

 

• In addition, drive cultural transformation and change management initiatives supporting teams in different development stages.
• Provide guidance on organizational design and development, succession planning, performance management and other HR practices.
• Coach and mentor leaders to drive greater performance and employee engagement.
• Integrate and use available organizational data and human capital metrics to support effective and sustainable decision making.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Take active participation in the HydronicS and Climate solutions HR Business Partner team.

We seek a proactive and independent individual with out-of-the-box thinking, adept at challenging the status quo and strong experience in driving organizational change. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, as is the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and in multicultural settings. Integrity, directness, and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner/leadership experience or equivalent, with a keen interest in HRM.
• Involvement in strategic initiatives or business activities is advantageous.
• Master's degree in HR, business, or equivalent relevant field.
• Leadership/managerial experience is beneficial.
• Strong coaching abilities and experience supporting senior leaders.
• Global partnership-building skills.
• Solid understanding of various HR functions.
• Fluency in English and a willingness to travel as needed.
