HR Payroll Supervisor

Job Description

To ensure due and punctual payroll management and of all fiscal and third parties obligations and related contributions, guaranteeing the compliance with tax and welfare regulations and the provisions of the Sarbaines Oxley Act. The guarantee the application of Privacy regulations as they affect personnel.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

• ensure compliance with tax, contributions, welfare, insurance and all others third parties related to payroll obligations, taking care to make periodic declarations available and to guarantee the execution of respective payments, as well as managing relations with the official bodies concerned
• manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, payroll calculations, and disbursement of salaries with the support of the Payroll provider
• ensure the constant contact and update with General Accounting about monthly accrual and variance
• Ensure control and application of the law and the provisions of the applicable contract, guaranteeing fulfilment of all administrative procedural steps, documentation and the foreseen remuneration, keeping within corporate policy and following instructions and procedures
• maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and reports
• collaborate and coordinate regular and ad hoc audits of payroll processes to identify and resolve discrepancies

 

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree 

Excel

Oracle

Familiarity and experience with Sarbanes–Oxley Act law and procedures

Familiarity with accounting rules

Fluent English
