Student Recruitment Associate (Immediate, Temporary Opening)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Enrollment Associate, you will:

• Work closely with the admissions, marketing, canvassing, and student support teams to align recruitment efforts.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and enrollments in CRM or student information systems.
• Guide students and families through the application and enrollment process, ensuring clarity on deadlines and requirements.
• Provide administrative support, including the preparation of written materials and management of event logistics. 
• Build, maintain, and utilize outreach lists; call prospective families regularly.
• Execute initiatives in the student recruitment plan as assigned.

• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
