Product & Portfolio Development Senior Specialist

What you will do:

• Lead product development projects end-to-end, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with different business units and companies within the EDP Group aligning product initiatives with group strategies, platforms, and governance models.
• Develop and manage partnerships with external companies, including technology providers and innovation partners, supporting product development, pilots, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Have a tranversal responsability in Data Science and business oriented technology ecosystem and integrations within the product innovation team
• Contribute actively for the identification of future product innovation opportunities

What are we looking for:

• Academic background in Engineering, Management, or an equivalent field.
• Proven professional experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in Product Development and Innovation roles.
• Experience working on products with a strong technological and digital component.
• Preferably, experience within the energy sector or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex products across their full lifecycle, from concept to launch and scaling
• Experience in Data Science & Analytics (eg end-to-end ETL processes; advanced data bases; scripting tools) and high-level technology architecture and integrations (eg API, cloud integrations)
