About the role

The Director of Product Operations, Technology & AI Transformation at Logical Media Group plays a critical role in driving product evolution, commercialization efforts, and operational alignment across the organization. This position is responsible for creating and implementing processes, best practices, operational frameworks, and AI-forward strategies that align with market demand, Logical’s digital marketing service offerings, and the agency’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), while ensuring products remain competitive, scalable, and commercially effective.

This role is responsible for helping define, package, operationalize, and evolve Logical’s products in partnership with Sales, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams. The Director will ensure products are easier to sell, easier to deliver, differentiated in market, operationally aligned, and tied directly to revenue growth and client success.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Competitiveness, Commercialization & Economic Analysis:

  • Develop and execute strategies for evaluating, refining, packaging, and commercializing Logical’s digital marketing products and service offerings.
  • Conduct economic analysis across products and operational systems to assess profitability, scalability, pricing effectiveness, retention impact, delivery efficiency, and market competitiveness.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to help define products, refine positioning, improve packaging, and support commercialization efforts tied to revenue growth opportunities.
  • Create and optimize product documentation, scoping frameworks, operational standards, and sales enablement resources to support cross-functional alignment and product consistency.
  • Support senior leadership in defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), packaging offerings for industry-specific opportunities, and evolving products alongside market trends and client demand.
  • Recommend which products should be scaled, redesigned, bundled, repositioned, or sunset based on economics, operational performance, and market fit.

2. Product Operations & Alignment:

  • Define and enforce product quality standards, operational governance, and alignment procedures across Logical’s service offerings.
  • Audit current offerings to identify overlap, ambiguity, margin leakage, workflow inefficiencies, delivery inconsistencies, and operational gaps.
  • Build product alignment frameworks so every offering maintains clear ICP alignment, scope definitions, handoffs, delivery standards, exclusions, upgrade paths, and commercial intent.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, and Delivery leadership to ensure products are operationally scalable and consistently executed across teams.
  • Translate strategy into clear SOPs, workflows, governance systems, and repeatable operational processes.

3. AI & Technology Transformation:

  • Lead AI-forward product evolution initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, AI agents, dashboards, workflow tooling, self-service experiences, and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve scalability, reduce manual operational work, and modernize delivery systems through technology-driven solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and operational technologies that strengthen Logical’s competitive positioning within digital marketing services.
  • Champion innovative ways of working that improve decision-making, product quality, operational speed, and client experience.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Drive cross-functional operating cadence across Product, Sales, Delivery, Operations, Insight, Creative, Automation, and Leadership teams to maintain alignment and resolve blockers.
  • Partner with Client Success and Delivery teams to ensure products transition seamlessly from strategy through execution.
  • Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to improve operational clarity, communication, accountability, and scalability.
  • Identify root-cause operational problems and solve them through systems design rather than short-term workarounds.

5. Process Improvement & Performance Measurement:

  • Continuously assess and refine product operations, commercialization systems, onboarding workflows, and delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure product health, adoption, profitability, retention, operational quality, and revenue contribution.
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators tied to product success, operational scalability, revenue growth, and delivery consistency.
