About the role

Key role in accelerating growth in the Nordic Fiber market

Are you an experienced Project Manager interested in driving change and organizing complex environments?

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a telecom background — ideally from consulting — to oversee and implement effective M&A integration projects in our Nordic B2C markets.

Based in our Stockholm or Helsinki office, you’ll play a central role in ensuring smooth post-merger integrations, starting with projects in Finland and Sweden, and potentially supporting other B2C markets as needs evolve. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across HR, Sales, IT, Networks, Legal, and Finance — aligning people, systems, and processes to deliver measurable business results.

What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate integration projects following M&As in the B2C segment.

Manage full-scope integration across processes, systems, legal frameworks, and organizational culture.

Drive multiple parallel projects with complex interdependencies.

Secure budgets, resources, and clear ownership for each project.

Create, track, and update detailed integration roadmaps and project timelines.

Deliver outcomes aligned with acquisition goals and the overall business strategy.

Prepare and present steering material for management and key stakeholders.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and change requirements.

Facilitate collaboration between functions and markets, balancing strategic priorities and KPIs.

What You’ll Bring

3–4+ years of project management experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Experience in integration and transformation projects related to M&A.

Preferably from a consultancy background, bringing a structured and methodological approach, combined with an analytical mindset.

Understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory aspects tied to acquisitions.

Experience in aligning IT systems, networks, HR processes, and business models post-merger.

Exhibited proficiency in managing budgets, planning resources, and overseeing projects.

Skilled in creating executive-ready steering materials and strategic updates.

Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken); Finnish is considered desirable.

Who You Are

Positive with a “we can do this” attitude, experienced in handling challenges.

Self-organizing, able to manage several projects without detailed steering.

Structured, motivated, and results-oriented with a high degree of integrity.

Effective communicator and relationship builder with proficient social competence.

Capable of balancing strategic perspective with operational execution

Skilled at navigating sensitive integration settings and building consensus.

Able to manage diverse stakeholder interests and maintain momentum in challenging situations.

Join us in creating a meaningful contribution

This is your opportunity to affect the trajectory of our Nordic B2C business moving forward. You’ll play a key role in integrating newly acquired companies and shaping how we operate as one – reusing a structured approach and best practice across markets.

You’ll join a collaborative, motivated, and evolving environment where your leadership, telecom skills, and consultancy mindset will matter from day one.
