As a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Specialist within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, New York, NY, Millburn, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington, DE, or Tyson's Corner, VA.Job Responsibilities:
• Partner with department leaders and key stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs and translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Communicate analytical insights, trends, and recommendations to technical and non technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve analytics processes, including automation, data delivery, and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across analytics and reporting by establishing best practices for data governance and validation.
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of reporting and dashboards using Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Looker to support data driven decision making.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable data models in Hadoop to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Develop and enhance proprietary attribution algorithms and manage integrations with third party attribution vendors.
• Build, maintain, and scale advanced analytics models and algorithms using Python and AWS services.
• Stay current on analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies to continuously improve team capabilities and analytical outputs.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience delivering actionable analytics insights that support business decision making.
• Demonstrated experience leading or managing analytics initiatives and cross functional collaborations.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for analytics, modeling, and algorithm development.
• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling using Python and/or R.
• Hands on experience with Python/R, Hadoop, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker, including the design of complex dashboards and data models.
• Experience working with Python libraries such as pandas, NumPy, seaborn, and matplotlib.
• Strong understanding of attribution modeling, including proprietary algorithm development and third party attribution tools.
• Ability to align analytics strategies with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to address complex data challenges.

Job Description
- Provides financial and regulatory reporting and analyses to maintain adequate controls over the financial and regulatory reporting processes. Responsible for running complex business performance, risk and operational analytics. May include the development of analytical methods/models to assess market, credit and/or operational risk of new and existing financial products.
- Leverages business / product expertise to rigorously analyze large datasets, improve risk adjusted returns, deliver profitable growth, and communicate conclusions. Synthesizes analytical results and develops, recommends, and implements business strategies that improve lending decisions, assist in managing risk, increase revenues, reduce exposure to losses, meet business goals, and improve performance. Establishes baselines for strategies and tracks actual performance to expectations.
- Applies predictive models, third party data, and other tools to develop and execute appropriate segmentation and targeting for acquisition and portfolio strategies to provide insight into portfolio risk. Manages engagements with internal and external information suppliers ensuring solution is fit for purpose while maintaining appropriate governance and oversight.
