For more information, </span><span><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhsbOsBiX_M"><span>click here</span></a></span><span>. </span><span></span></p> <p><span><span>                </span></span><span></span></p> <p><b><span>What you will do</span></b></p> <p><span>The Sr Manager, Global Process Owner – Quality Management is responsible for overseeing delegation of tasks, managing department budget, implementing quality management systems, evaluating system effectiveness, and ensuring communication of quality compliance needs: </span><span></span></p> <p><u><span>Key Responsibilities</span></u><span></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Accountable for Quality Management processes within Kenvue Quality Management System (QMS) including Quality System Management Review, Quality Planning</span></li> <li><span>Drive business results, identify risks, mitigation strategies and continuous improvement opportunities for Quality Management processes through Process Governance</span></li> <li><span>Own quality documentation for processes in scope, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals</span></li> <li><span>Own QMS governance framework and lead QMS governance in line with the framework</span></li> <li><span>Own Kenvue Quality Manual, Product Lexicon and other documents related to QMS</span></li> <li><span>Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure Kenvue’s quality systems remain compliant and effective</span></li> <li><span>Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction</span></li> <li><span>Lead the team of 6 Global Quality Specialist whose responsibility is to execute documentation management, training systems administration, and other QMS systems in support of the global process ownership model</span></li> </ul></span><p></p><h2 xmlns:ftl="http://www.taleo.net/ftl" xmlns:htm="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"><span>Qualifications</span></h2><span><span> </span></span><span id="requisitionDescriptionInterface.ID1444.row1" title=""><p><b><span>What we are looking for</span></b></p> <p><u><span>Required Qualifications</span></u><span></span></p> <ul> <li><span>8-10 years of experience in a related field</span></li> <li><span>University/Master’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline <span> </span>(example: Engineering Degrees)</span></li> <li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</span></li> <li><span>Strong leadership and communication skills</span></li> <li><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</span></li> <li><span>Experience with quality control procedures and regulations</span></li> <li><span>Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks</span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><u><span>Desired Qualifications</span></u><span></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Experience in evaluating and implementing new technologies to enhance development efficiency</span><span></span></li> <li><span>Experience in managing resources effectively to meet quality compliance needs and business objectives</span><span></span></l
