Welcome to Bosch.</strong></p><p>The Bosch Home Comfort Group is looking forward to your application!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>As a part of our team, you will be responsible for the international Bosch Home Comfort Group websites, lead website relaunches or migrations and ensure smooth transitions.</li><li>You act as the primary contact between our technical agency and our country colleagues.</li><li>Furthermore, you identify and implement UX improvements to boost user satisfaction as well as engagement and ensure that the website complies with international accessibility standards.</li><li>In addition, you seamlessly integrate third-party systems, APIs, as well as tools and evaluate improvements with your analytical mindset and derive further actions.</li><li>Last but not least, you work closely with the IT department, the product department and the different country contacts.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Marketing, Online/Performance Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>proven track record of several years in managing and improving complex websites, preferably at an international level, very good experience in working with content management systems, ideally FirstSpirit, knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to derive actionable insights based on data, good understanding of digital marketing strategies and how they interact with website management, presentation skills</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>inspiring, intercultural competence, open and agile thinking, persuasive and able to communicate findings, results and recommendations in an international environment, as well as able to present complex topics in a simple manner</li><li><strong>Enthusiasm: </strong>you enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and dynamic team while involving all relevant stakeholders proactively</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>very good in German and English</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
