International KYC Operations Manager

<p>We're seeking a talented <strong>International KYC Operations Manager</strong> to lead and expand our global Know Your Customer (KYC) operations. You'll be instrumental in ensuring compliance, fostering a culture of excellence, and acting as a vital link between HQ and regional KYC teams. <br/></p> <p><strong><strong>As an International KYC Operations Manager you will: </strong></strong><br/></p><ul> <p>• Oversee and expand international KYC operations, across all regions, by providing support to the regional operations teams</p> <p>• Ensure compliance with global and local regulations and KYC guidelines as issued by the AFC Unit, while proactively identifying areas for improvement </p> <p>• Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation and operational efficiency </p> <p>• Support, mentor, and develop KYC Ops teams, fostering a high-performing work culture </p> <p>• Coordinate with Group KYC Director and stakeholders, influencing company-wide KYC strategy </p> <p>• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance, while driving continuous improvement initiatives</p> <p>• Establish, maintain, and grow the KYC Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive innovation and process optimization </p> <p>• Engage with international stakeholders, building strong relationships and representing the company's interests </p> <p>• Stay current with industry trends and implement cutting-edge technologies and practices</p> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on KYC, AML, and compliance.</li> <li>Proven experience managing international teams and overseeing operations within a regional or multinational context.</li> <li>Strong understanding of local and international AML/KYC regulations and industry best practices.</li> <li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing regulatory landscapes.</li> <li>Fluent in English and preferably additional languages relevant to the regions covered.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>A competitive salary (based upon your skills and experience)</li> <li>Annual bonus based on targets’ achievement</li> <li>Private medical and life insurance</li> <li>Integrity, teamwork, transparency, and regular feedback to develop your skills</li> <li>A chance to grow within a fast-moving European Fintech Company / Neobank</li> </ul>
