Then this opportunity is made for you.</p><p>This position will start on the 1st of September 2023, and is based in the Netherlands.<br/></p><p><br/></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Deliver and implement Dynamics 365 Supply chain management modules internationally;<br/> </li> <li>Deliver high-quality business and software application services to clients;</li> <li>The creation of high-quality and sustainable client solutions;</li> <li>Deliver all consultancy according to the HSO Project Methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan;</li> <li>Measure customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour;</li> <li>Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary;</li> <li>Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally;</li> <li>Always represent HSO International professionally and positively;</li> <li>Start your career by participating in the Young Professionals Program.</li> </ul><p><br/></p> <p><strong>The Young Professionals Program</strong><br/></p> <p>As an Associate consultant, in your first two years with us (while the topic is new to you), you will participate in our Young Professionals Program to give you much-needed support. This program allows you to discover the possibilities of IT and Business applications consultancy while giving you a flying start in your career.</p> <p>The Young Professionals program starts with 2 months of classroom training to learn the foundations of D365 ERP. From there you will start to work on your first project where, alongside a Senior consultant as a mentor, you will be challenged in implementing these solutions to the client. The learning doesn’t end there! In combination with the on-the-job-learning, you will attend monthly training with other Associate Consultants at HSO International, to develop not only your technical skills but also your soft skills, and work towards tough quarterly goals. To top it all off, team building in the Young Professionals program is part of our culture, so you can enjoy regular outings where we have fun and bond. </p> <p>Naturally, the more experience you get, the more independent you become.
