Job Summary:

As a Senior QA Engineer (Testrails), you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a Fintech application. Your expertise in manual testing methodologies  will be instrumental in identifying and addressing software defects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning:

   • Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements
   • Develop comprehensive test plans outlining test scenarios, test cases, and testing schedules specific to Rails projects.

2. Test Execution:

   • Execute manual test cases to identify defects 
   • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
   • Document and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
   •  

3. Test Documentation:

   • Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test results 
   • Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress and outcomes.

4. Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure effective communication and understanding of project requirements

5. Quality Assurance Standards:

   • Adhere to established quality assurance standards and best practices for testing applications.
   • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization's quality assurance policies and procedure

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as QA Engineer with experience in Testrails
• Hands on automation experience (desirable)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• High English level (it will be evaluated)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
