In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our cutting-edge products to market, driving awareness, adoption, and sales across diverse industry segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Deep Product Expertise: Partner with product management, engineering, and sales teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our solutions suite, including its functionalities, target markets, and unique value propositions for various customer segments. Conduct in-depth product reviews and immerse yourself in the user experience to ensure messaging resonates with customer pain points. Focus especially on how our solutions address challenges related to Ethylene Oxide (EtO) sterilization and Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions monitoring and regulations.
  • Market Intelligence & Trend Spotting: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging environmental and regulatory trends that might impact your target audience. Analyze competitor landscapes and stay ahead of the curve by anticipating future compliance challenges faced by different industries, with a particular focus on evolving EtO sterilization regulations and tightening VOC emission standards. Leverage your findings to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Compelling Product Messaging & Content Creation: Develop a clear and concise product positioning framework that effectively communicates the benefits and competitive advantages of your compliance solutions, specifically highlighting how they help businesses comply with stricter emission limits to meet environmental regulations. Craft compelling marketing collateral, such as product brochures, case studies, white papers, and blog posts, tailored to educate potential customers with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and deliver impactful sales enablement tools, including product training, sales collateral, and messaging guides. Equip the international sales force with the insights and resources needed to effectively position the product and close opportunities. Continuously gather feedback to refine and optimize enablement strategies.
  • Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital advertising, content marketing, webinars, trade shows) to generate high-quality leads and drive product adoption. Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel, emphasizing how your solutions can help them navigate the complexities of EtO and VOC regulations.
  • Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using marketing automation tools and marketing analytics platforms. Measure key metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates) to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Regulatory Expertise & Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date on the latest environmental regulations and evolving compliance standards that impact our target markets, with a particular focus on recent amendments to the EPA's National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Ethylene Oxide Sterilization Facilities and upcoming changes to VOC regulations at both federal and state levels. Translate complex regulations into actionable insights and translate this knowledge into thought leadership content that positions your company as a trusted advisor in the compliance space.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, environmental science, public policy, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or other industry specific experience, preferably within the environmental or regulatory compliance space.
  • Strong understanding of environmental and regulatory compliance challenges faced by various industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, energy).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and marketing analytic
