What You’ll Do
As a Sr. Associate of Provider Engagement, this role will collaborate with providers (PCPs, Nephrologists, Hospitals, etc.) in markets where Strive is contracted to deliver services. This role involves educating and building relationships with high-priority providers. Working closely with market leadership and reporting to the Provider Engagement team, this individual will develop and maintain strategic relationships with providers, schedule meetings, and share relevant reports about shared patients and program updates. This crucial position ensures that our highly vulnerable CKD and ESRD patients receive the highest quality and continuity of care. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Provider Integration.
The Day to Day
- Owns and manages relationship and performance of assigned provider groups. Serves as primary point of contact for assigned providers.
- Organizes outreach to Provider base and communicates and shares provider reporting
- Completes provider orientation for all applicable product lines to educate, resolves issues, and educates staff/providers.
- Works closely with Strive’s Network Physician, pulling them in when discussions are clinically-focused.
- Establishes consistent and strong relationships with provider groups utilizing an account management approach.
- Plans, prepares, and executes effective provider group meetings/discussion with proper objectives and expected outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification.
- Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
- Comfortable presenting to Providers and driving the conversation, answering unscripted questions, and building relationships based on subject matter expertise.
- Comfortable reviewing data and reporting with provider groups and using analytics to drive performance improvement.
