Analyst/ Senior Business Analyst in Knowledge Management - Sustainability

Act as a trusted partner to Consultants and other Expert colleagues globally to create, share knowledge, and execute strategic Knowledge Management work. Being a Key member of the Practice Group, serving as the go-to person for all knowledge-related topics of the Practice globally.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Co-create the development and implementation of the Practice Group's Knowledge Management strategy and Initiatives.</li> <li>Proactively create, maintain, and own the strategic knowledge assets for the PG, including high-quality, client-focused documents, market information, and knowledge leveraging internal knowledge management tools and platforms.</li> <li>Promote collaboration and a knowledge mindset across the Knowledge Managers community as well as across Practice Groups and offices to shape and improve Egon Zehnder's Knowledge Management system.</li> <li>Share best-in-class insights and documents, key client wins, and broader PG-related information with key stakeholders and beyond.</li> <li>Develop and constantly improve standardized approaches and processes in collaboration with other Practice groups for superior client solutions.</li> <li>Serve as the go-to knowledge champion in the PG and work as an integral part of client teams to create high-quality client deliverables, connecting the dots and providing the best of Egon Zehnder knowledge.</li> <li>Independently grow and deepen your knowledge, constantly building a brand and becoming a trusted partner to collogues globally in the Practice Group and beyond.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Be part of an international, highly professional, dynamic, and close-knit team!
