The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting MDM solutions that ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across the organization.</span><br/><span></span></p><p><span><strong>What you’ll do </strong></span><br/><span></span></p><ul><li><span>Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions and processes.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define data requirements.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Perform data analysis, cleansing, and enrichment to ensure high-quality master data.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Monitor and maintain data governance practices and data quality metrics.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Develop and execute test plans to validate MDM implementations.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Document MDM processes, workflows, and best practices.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Stay updated on MDM tools and industry best practices.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Proven experience in Master Data Management concepts and tools.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Strong analytical skills and experience with data modeling.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Familiarity with SQL and data integration technologies.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span>What you’ll bring </span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or Oracle MDM.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Not checking every single requirement?</strong></span><br/><span></span></p><p><span>If this role sounds good to you, even if you don’t meet every single bullet point in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
