HR Manager - Hungary

<h3>Your mission</h3> <ul><li>Establish and manage all HR functions in the new plant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training &amp; development, and compliance</li><li>Support the ramp-up phase by partnering with operations to attract and hire top talent</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and global corporate standards</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that supports employee engagement and retention</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on organizational and people matters</li><li>Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment</li><li>Manage performance review processes, compensation structures, and employee development programs</li><li>Act as a liaison between local employees and global HR teams</li></ul> <h3>Your profile</h3> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environmen</li><li>Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations in Hungary or the broader EU</li><li>Proven experience in scaling HR operations in a start-up or new plant setting is a strong advantage</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred</li><li>Must have legal working rights in the EU</li></ul> <h3>Why us?</h3> <ul><li>Opportunity to lead HR for a new manufacturing site</li><li>International work environment with career development opportunities</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package</li><li>Collaborative and dynamic company culture</li></ul>
