HR Manager

<h2>Overview</h2> <p>The HR manager will be responsible for overseeing HR management, labor and employment law compliance, developing HR policies, driving a high-performance culture and managing employee relations on a day-to-day basis.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the people strategy implementation, driving engagement and open communication to maintain a positive people culture.</li> <li>Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering continuous learning and building a high-performing team capable of supporting and implementing our goals.</li> <li>Lead and empower a team of HR professionals, driving their success, while increasing the team’s capabilities.</li> <li>Oversee HR systems and workflows to ensure data accuracy, effective and compliant record-keeping, accurate and timely attendance and benefits processing, operational efficiency, and adherence to HR regulations and policies.</li> <li>Cultivate a positive workplace culture, enhance engagement, and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.</li> <li>Work to create a seamless employee experience.</li> <li>Track industry best practices related to key HR processes, evaluate and improve existing practices to ensure we are continuously improving and evolving.</li> <li>Drive a high-performance culture through solid performance management practices, partnering with and coaching Leaders to address performance challenges.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years' experience in a similar role</li> <li>Human Resources (HR) Management experience and Employee Relations skills</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of Irish Labor and Employment Law</li> <li>Experience in developing and implementing HR policies</li> <li>Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to lead and manage HR initiatives effectively</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field</li> </ul>
