Part-time Accounts Payable / Clerical (Rapid City, SD)

Billion Automotive is seeking A Part-time Accounts Payable / Clerical position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

-Reconciliation of monthly vendor statements and invoices

-Vendor Payments

-Processing check requests

-Scanning and Filing

-Organizing car deal files

-Data Entry

-Mail / post office / bank drop-off

-Other Duties as Assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Strong attention to detail 

-Ability to organize large amounts of information

-Proficient in spreadsheets and processing software

-Ability to multitask

-Valid Driver’s License/Clean Driving Record

-High School Diploma or Equivalent
