We are a global team united by this purpose.<br/> Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.</p> <h2>​Finance​</h2> <p>Our Finance team is not just another department; we're strategic partners and catalysts for change, who use our expertise to drive sustainable growth and create and protect value for Reckitt. </p> <p>With a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and partnership, our inclusive, diverse and energised team breaks down traditional barriers, enabling you to thrive in a dynamic environment where you and your ideas matter. </p> <p>From leveraging insights and analysis to make data-driven decisions - to spearheading sustainable business practices that contribute to consistent and reliable business growth - we are unwaveringly passionate about making a meaningful impact, and always doing the right thing.<br/>  </p> <h2>About the role</h2> <p>This role is positioned within the finance function of the organization and is intended to support business requirements across a Trade, Distribution, Sales &amp; Analysis framework. </p> <p>The successful candidate will serve as a key finance interface between two interconnected business units, ensuring smooth data exchange, financial reporting, and governance alignment.</p> <p>The role is critical in enabling one entity to act as a distributor for another’s product portfolio in selected markets, while also supporting internal finance operations that have grown due to the expanded scope of responsibilities.</p><h2>Your responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>Cross-Entity Finance Support</strong><br/>•    Serve as the primary finance contact within the organization’s cross-functional structure.<br/>•    Manage and coordinate financial data exchange, reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc requests between interconnected business units.<br/>•    Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial analysis, performance metrics, and business insights across entities, aligned with the organization’s operating model.</p> <p><br/><strong>Controlling &amp; Reporting</strong><br/>•    Support the finance team with controlling and reporting tasks beyond the current resourcing plan.<br/>•    Assist in monthly close activities, variance analysis, and business performance reviews.<br/>•    Provide financial input into discussions across commercial and operational functions such as sales, marketing, and supply chain.</p> <p><br/><strong>Governance &amp; Communication</strong><br/>•    Facilitate governance and communication across key functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply, FP&amp;A) within the broader business framework.<br/>•    Act as a liaison for functional queries and escalations related to specific operations in the region.</p> <p><br/><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong><br/>•    Build strong relationships with finance and commercial teams across business units.<br/>•    Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure transparency and consistency in financial reporting.</p><h2>The experience we're looking for</h2> <p>•    Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration (Berufsakademie)<br/>•    Major in Finance or further accounting qualification<br/>•    Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Finance or Controlling<br/>•    Experience in FMCG environment Industry: Branded Consumer Goods companies <br/>•    Strong IT &amp; financial systems experience <br/>•    Strong analytical skills <br/>•    Strong commercial understanding  <br/>•    Good to advanced accounting knowledge <br/>•    Strong MS Excel knowledge <br/>•    Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.<br/>•    Strong background in financial reporting, controlling, and business partnering.<br/>•    Experience in FMCG or distribution environments preferred.<br/> </p><h2>The skills for success</h2> <p>•    Strong IT &amp; financial systems experience <br/>•    Strong analytical skills <br/>•    Strong commercial understanding  <br/>•    Good to advanced accounting knowledge <br/>•    Strong MS Excel knowledge <br/>•    Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.<br/>•    Strong background in financial reporting, controlling, and business partnering.<br/>•    Analytical thinking and attention to detail.<br/>•    Ability to manage ambiguity and work across organizational boundaries.<br/>•    Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.<br/>•    Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.<br/>•    Proven ability to manage cross-functional and cross-entity relationships.<br/>•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</p> <p>•    Business fluent English (able to present and operate in English)</p><h2>What we offer</h2> <p
