Salesforce Senior System Analyst

<p>INSEAD is currently seeking a <strong>Salesforce Senior System Analyst </strong>to join our IT Department. This is a <strong>full-time, permanent position</strong>, based at our <strong>Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France</strong>. <strong>A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home</strong>.<br/> </p> <p><strong><u>About the Job</u></strong></p> <p><br/>The Salesforce Senior System Analyst is key in optimizing Salesforce Sales and Community Cloud environments, focusing on system reliability, incident resolution, and user-request management. This role may also lead projects like deploying new Salesforce functionalities or integrating AppExchange applications.</p> <p>The ideal applicant will have a strong technical foundation in Salesforce development, with strategic insight to enhance system performance and align Salesforce operations with our business goals. </p> <p>Reporting to the Head of CRM Systems, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining current Salesforce tech stack operations, which includes backlog of incidents and changes.<br/> </p> <p><strong><u>Your Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <p><br/>•    Oversee day-to-day support activities for Salesforce. Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and configuration issues<br/>•    Coordinate across multiple teams if the incident relates to non-salesforce components<br/>•    Work with business analysts and stakeholders on stories (change requests) clarification, implementation, testing and delivery<br/>•    Maintain Salesforce integrations with Marketing Automation System (Oracle Eloqua), Student Information System (PeopleSoft) and other Systems  <br/>•    Create and update operational procedures and user guides to help avoid future incidents or speed up resolution<br/>•    Assist with Salesforce System Administration tasks, as needed</p> <p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong> </p> <p>•    Proficient in working with Lightning Sales / Experience Cloud, custom objects, writing APEX code, SOQL, LWC, flows, triggers and unit tests, security/sharing models, reports &amp; dashboards (Salesforce certification preferred)<br/>•    Comfortable with the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle (Sandbox creation and maintenance, developing in sandboxes, test coverage, change sets, maintaining a staging environment, deployments to Production)<br/>•    Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies (sprints, retrospectives, etc.)<br/>•    Excellent problem-solving, results-driven, resilient, tenacious.
