You will be supported by </span><strong><span>cross-functional teams</span></strong><span>, including Engineering, Design, Quality, Marketing, Solution Consulting and Customer Success, to </span><strong><span>define issues, design solutions, prioritize product features delivery, and ensure business impact</span></strong><span>. </span></p><p><span>We are looking for a </span><strong><span>high-powered, high impact</span></strong><span> individual who aims to </span><strong><span>make a real difference</span></strong><span> through impact oriented </span><strong><span>discovery and collaborative delivery.</span></strong></p><p><span><br/><br/></span><strong><span>Main responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><strong><span>Product Vision and Strategy</span></strong><span>: Define the product vision and create a strategy to achieve key objectives aligned with customer and company goals and market opportunities.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span>Product Discovery:</span></strong><span> Work closely with clients and prospects to drive true continuous discovery. Develop and test hypotheses, especially around Value and Viability of product solutions. Drive prototype development through ‘vibe-coding’ where appropriate (jointly with the UX team). Conduct (internal and external) surveys, interviews, drive analytics and lead customer workshops to gain champions and inform product decisions.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span>Product Delivery: </span></strong><span>Organize your product delivery around prototypes and documentation developed in the discovery phase. Create and manage roadmaps and ensure feasibility and usability throughout the delivery phase.  Work closely with the Engineering lead and the Design team to balance customer value with business priorities for Qualifyze.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span>Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></strong><span>: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, Quality and the Leadership team to ensure product-market fit, launch readiness, and post-launch performance tracking.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span>Data-Driven Decision Making</span></strong><span>: Use data and KPIs to monitor product performance, track feature adoption, and drive continuous improvements to meet business objectives.</span></p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong><span>Job requirements: </span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Minimum of </span><strong><span>5+ years of work experience</span></strong><span> in </span><strong><span>B2B SaaS software</span></strong><span> and/ or </span><strong><span>pharmaceutical or life sciences industry</span></strong><span>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in </span><strong><span>software product management approaches/ processes, tools and techniques</span></strong><span> (incl. discovery techniques, vibe-coding for prototyping, roadmapping,  customer council type events)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong </span><strong><span>technical understanding of SaaS development</span></strong><span> and ability to </span><strong><span>work effectively with engineering and design teams</span></strong><span>. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong </span><strong><span>analytical skills</span></strong><span> and </span><strong><span>ability to drive projects and timelines</span></strong><span>. </span></p></li><li><p><strong><span>Business-oriented mindse</span></strong><span>t with the ability to communicate
