HR Administration Manager (Mid-Senior Level)

This role is critical in shaping and evolving the function to deliver a high-quality, efficient, and employee-centric HR service across the region.</p><p></p><p>The <b>People Services Manager</b> will lead a team of <b>9 direct reports</b> based across <b>EMEA</b>, with an additional <b>2 indirect reports</b> in <b>India</b>, servicing a client group of approximately <b>2,470 employees</b>. The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and developing a scalable HR service aligned with ERM’s business needs.</p><p>The position requires <b>strong leadership, process optimization, and stakeholder management skills</b>, as well as the ability to lead the team through change while maintaining a high standard of HR service delivery.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>Develop and lead the People Services function</b> to provide a consistent, high-quality employee experience across the employee lifecycle.</li><li><b>Drive operational excellence</b> by implementing and monitoring <b>SLAs and KPIs</b> to enhance service delivery.</li><li><b>Identify and implement process improvements</b>, including automation and self-service opportunities in collaboration with the <b>Optimization team</b>.</li><li><b>Ensure compliance</b> with regulatory and legislative requirements, including auditing and governance activities.</li><li><b>Manage team workload</b>, including assigning tasks, prioritization, and handling escalations.</li><li><b>Foster strong stakeholder relationships</b> with payroll, finance, IT, business leaders, acquisitions teams, and the broader HR community.</li><li><b>Provide leadership, coaching, and development</b> to the People Services team, ensuring engagement, performance, and career growth.</li><li><b>Lead the team through change</b>, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous adaptation to evolving business needs.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Person Specification</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience in <b>leading and developing a Shared Services team</b> across multiple geographies.</li><li>Strong track record in <b>driving process efficiency</b>, managing <b>SLAs and KPIs</b>, and leading <b>HR operational improvements</b>.</li><li>Passion for <b>high standards, continuous improvement, and enhancing the employee experience</b>.</li><li>Ability to <b>manage complexity and ambiguity</b>, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li><b>Resilient and calm under pressure</b>, able to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on operational support when needed.</li><li>Strong <b>stakeholder management and influencing skills</b> at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Excellent <b>communication, collaboration, and analytical skills</b>, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Experience with <b>Workday HRIS</b> and <b>Manage Engine (Ticketing System)</b> is preferred.</li><li>Compliance-driven mindset with an ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.</li><li><b>Relevant HR qualification</b> (e.g., CIPD or equivalent) is desirable.</li></ul><p></p><p>This role is an exciting opportunity to play a <b>key role in ERM’s HR transformation journey</b>, ensuring that the People Services function evolves into a best-in-class Shared Services team that enables <b>growth, efficiency, and a great employee experience</b>.</p><p></p><p>To Apply:</p><p>If you share our values, want to contribute to a better tomorrow and are interested in this role, please send us your CV, in English, by submitting your application via our careers page.</p>
