Job Description & Responsibilities:
The Research & Adjustment Rep III resolves research and adjustment inquiries within the bank's practices and procedures.
Responsibilities include investigating daily incoming inquiries and ensuring that all cases are resolved in compliance with industry regulations and bank procedures, integrity levels of the department's case management system and financial controls.
This job is responsible for processing incoming correspondence for the Internal Settlement Unit. Representatives may be asked to provide support to other researchers within the department, including Debt Management Proposal decisioning or research.
This is a fulfilment based role which will require attentiveness, attention to detail and consistent results in a fast paced environment.

Desired Skills:
- At least one year of Collections or Recovery experience
- College degree or commensurate work experience preferred
- Knowledge of Card/Loan systems (UCRS, Debt Manager)
- Familiarity with Document Management Portal
- Experience with deciphering legal documentation (i.e., Power of Attorney)
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
