What you'll do:

• Apply Analytics skills to define data capabilities to empower users with data insight.
• Partner with our Engineering and Data Science teams to create enterprise solutions that are reliable, scalable, and secure with great user experience.
• Develop and enhance products you will build capability and tool roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and stakeholder needs, identify market strategies, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives and manage the playbook for the Process Management discipline.
• Define vision and strategies for the ESG Product team, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, and design initiatives to mature process discovery.
• Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing initiatives.
• Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
• Build a team environment by partnering to solve problems and staying focused till there is a solution
