About the role

The Opportunity: 

The ACA Analyst Development Program is a 12-18 month rotational program designed to launch your career in governance, risk and compliance supporting the financial industry. Through this premier program you’ll gain hands-on experience, high-level industry insights, and exposure to cutting-edge technology while working alongside leading experts in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) space.

Participants begin with ACA University, a two-week onboarding experience that provides foundational knowledge of ACA, its services, and culture through instructor-led training and simulations. The curriculum includes industry insights, AI tools training, communication skills, and values-based learning. 

Following onboarding, participants rotate through four to six core functional areas gaining interactive experience and structured guidance. Each rotation is supported by coaches who will provide structured guidance and feedback as you progress. The program emphasizes continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth, preparing individuals to contribute early and thrive within ACA’s dynamic environment.

This position is based in our Pittsburgh, PA office and will be required to work from our office in a hybrid schedule.  

What you’ll do:  

  1. Assist with ACA service offerings including, but not limited to: Regulatory filings; expert network chaperoning; anti-money laundering support; electronic communication review; code of ethics and personal trading reviews; and marketing review 

  1. Analyze clients’ books and records for potential regulatory issues 

  1. Interpret complicated and nuanced documents to identify potential regulatory risks 

  1. Assist with the planning of upcoming reviews, including participating in calls with clients, reviewing client policies and procedures, and working with supervisors to understand project scope and applicable regulatory risks 

  1. Draft reports for clients summarizing ACA’s review and any findings from such reviews 

  1. Perform other ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA’s various client and internal initiatives including, but not limited to: Analyst training; attend conferences and roundtable events; and assist with customized client engagements 

 

To Qualify for the role, you will have:  

  1. Bachelor’s Degree

  2. Preferred major or concentration in compliance, criminal justice, law, accounting, finance, and/or economics.
