This community‑based role covers multiple sites across the Surrey Downs locality and focuses on delivering high‑quality care to patients with high‑risk feet, foot ulceration, and complex wound‑care needs.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful clinician will work autonomously across community clinics and undertake some home visits, providing specialist podiatric assessment and treatment to prevent deterioration and support safe, effective management of high‑risk foot conditions.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide specialist podiatric assessment and treatment for patients with high‑risk feet</li> <li>Deliver wound care and manage complex foot ulceration</li> <li>Undertake home visits where clinically required</li> <li>Work across multiple community sites within Surrey Downs</li> <li>Contribute to multidisciplinary care planning for patients with long‑term conditions</li> <li>Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation</li> <li>Support service pathways aimed at preventing hospital admission and reducing risk of deterioration</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>HCPC‑registered Podiatrist</li> <li>Experience in wound care and high‑risk foot management</li> <li>Competence in managing foot ulceration and complex podiatric presentations</li> <li>Ability to work independently across community settings</li> <li>Car driver with own vehicle (essential)</li> <li>Experience completing home visits (desirable)</li> <li>Strong communication and clinical‑decision‑making skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Why Choose Pulse?</
