<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Specialist Audiologist<br><strong>Banding:</strong> Band 6/7 (dependent on experience)<br><strong>Location:</strong> Grimsby (Hospital Main Site & GP Centres)<br><strong>Start Date:</strong> ASAP<br><strong>Duration:</strong> Ongoing<br><strong>Hourly Rate:</strong> £25-26 for weekdays (based on experience), uplifts for weekends<br><strong>Working Hours:</strong> Monday to Sunday clinics, 08:00–18:00 (flexible rota)</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p> <p>Pulse is currently seeking an experienced Audiologist to support NHS audiology services in Grimsby. This role offers a varied caseload across both hospital and community settings, including direct referrals, ENT clinics, and hearing aid services.</p> <p>The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic and rehabilitation services, supporting patients through their full audiology care pathway.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver audiology services including first fittings, reassessments, and repairs.</li> <li>Support ENT clinics and direct referral pathways.</li> <li>Conduct hearing assessments and manage patient care plans.</li> <li>Use clinical systems such as Auditbase, Otosuite, and Target.</li> <li>Work flexibly across hospital and GP community locations.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Audiology or equivalent qualification.</li> <li>Previous NHS audiology experience essential.</li> <li>Competence in hearing aid fitting, reassessment, and repairs.</li> <li>Experience using systems such as Auditbase, Otosuite, and Target (desirable).</li> <li>Strong communication and organisational skills.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Choose Pulse?</strong></p> <p>From the moment you register with Pulse, our focus is entirely on you.
