Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) is a plus.</p><p><strong>Architecture Ownership:</strong> Define, own, and maintain architecture standards and best practices across all projects.</p><p><strong>Stakeholder Leadership:</strong> Facilitate and lead engaging workshops and clarification sessions with key business stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Documentation &amp; Quality:</strong> Create comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and user stories. Ensure quality throughout the design and implementation phases.</p><p><strong>Consulting &amp; Growth:</strong> Actively contribute to scoping, estimation, and pre-sales activities. Train stakeholders and share expertise within our internal expert communities.<br/></p><ul> </ul><h3><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong><strong><br/></strong></h3><p>Excellent communication skills in<strong> <strong>Finnish and English</strong></strong></p><p><strong>Experience</strong> as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or in a similar role </p><p><strong>Expertise</strong> in one or more areas, such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM or IRM </p><p>Relevant Certified Implementation Specialist <strong>certifications</strong> </p><p>Understanding of both <strong>functional and technical capabilities </strong>of the ServiceNow Platform </p><p>Experience in <strong>customer facing roles and workshop</strong> facilitation</p><p>A strong focus on <strong>best practices, out-of-the-box</strong> configurations, and scalable architecture. </p><p><strong>Strong documentation </strong>skills </p><p>Familiarity with <strong>agile delivery</strong> methods </p><p><strong>CSM</strong> experience is considered an advantage.</p><ul> </ul><ul> </ul><h3><strong>What We Offer </strong></h3><p>At The Cloud People you will work with meaningful ServiceNow projects in an environment that values expertise, collaboration and continuous learning.
