The role proactively partners with business stakeholders to analyse, document, and manage product requirements, understand business needs and identify value-based and strategically driven opportunities. Once the product is in the deployment phase, you also enable product adoption by delivering product training to end users or other relevant stakeholders (e.g., support teams).</span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <h2>Your responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Translate business needs into detailed requirements and functional specifications to identify key areas for improvement and integration for a Product</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Lead requirements gathering for business projects (including analysis, documentation, and testing of product requirements)</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Preparation and delivery of product user guides and training materials to end users and support teams</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Design of business scenarios, process flows, and use cases to maximise product adoption/value</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Identification of relevant security and compliance requirements that need to be adhered to as part of product development</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels of the organisation globally</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Act as a key point of contact for senior management regarding project updates, strategic insights, and issue resolution</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Liaises with the Product team, vendors/suppliers and business community to elaborate on product requirements</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Supports the Product Manager with the development and execution of the product strategy</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <h2>The experience we're looking for</h2> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>3+ years of IT&amp;D experience in operations and projects</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to develop strategic insights from data analysis</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Experience in analysing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills &amp; proactive, go-getter attitude.
