We deliver the mission critical IT services that move the world.</p><p></p><p><b>Role: Senior Statutory Accountant</b></p><p><b>Location: Remote (Poland-based)</b></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Supervising and preparing recurring entries (accrual, posting of local bank entries)</p></li><li><p>Month end report and download of data</p></li><li><p>Preparing set of financials for national statistic reporting to local government bodies</p></li><li><p>Analysis and queries on variances during monthly, quarterly and annual reviews</p></li><li><p>Driving audit and responding to audit queries</p></li><li><p>Investigation of anomalies or unusual entries</p></li><li><p>Use of SAP and peripheric systems</p></li><li><p>Collaboration with country lead, tax teams, and international colleagues</p></li><li><p>Monitoring of equity, request and presentation of capital request BS monitoring</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Excellent English is critical</p></li><li><p>Accounting qualifications</p></li><li><p>At least 5 years of experience in an accounting role</p></li><li><p>Very good independence and self-motivation in a fully remote environment</p></li><li><p>Analytical thinking and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with SAP or other financial systems is a plus</p></li><li><p>Curious and capable of questioning status quo</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why would you join us?</b></p><p>DXC is a leading Fortune 500 IT services leader, with $17.7 billion in revenue and over 130,000 colleagues around the world.
